Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled at no cost any time 24hrs or more before a visit at the clinic. Appointments canceled less than 24hrs before the scheduled time will result in a late-cancellation fee at the rate of the scheduled therapy. It is understood that sometimes situations come up that are unexpected, and so exceptions can be made for isolated incidents.
